RelayDock Privacy Policy Effective Date: September 28, 2026 This Privacy Policy describes how Warner Web Development LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") handles information for RelayDock ("RelayDock" or the "Product"). 1) No In-App Personal Data Collection by RelayDock RelayDock is designed to operate locally on your device. We do not collect personal data from within the RelayDock app for analytics, advertising, telemetry, behavioral profiling, or in-app user monitoring. 2) Local-Only Operation RelayDock stores its settings (such as pad scale and layout choices) and diagnostic logs locally on your own system to provide its core functionality. That local data remains under your control on your device unless you choose to move or share it. 3) Network Activity RelayDock does not require a user account and does not connect to the internet for its functionality. RelayDock communicates only with your Ableton Push over USB and with Cubase through virtual MIDI ports on your computer. When you download RelayDock or visit our website, our hosting providers may process limited technical request data (such as IP address, user-agent, and timestamp) for security, delivery, and reliability. We do not use this data to profile you. If you visit our website or payment provider pages, those third parties may process data under their own policies. 4) Purchases and Third-Party Services Payments are processed by third-party providers (for example, Stripe). We do not receive your full payment card details. Any information you provide on third-party checkout pages is governed by those third parties' terms and privacy policies. 5) Device and Driver Access RelayDock accesses your Ableton Push over USB and creates virtual MIDI ports on your computer. On Windows, it uses the third-party loopMIDI driver for those ports. This access is used solely for on-device functionality and not for data collection. 6) Children RelayDock is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. 7) Data Security Because RelayDock does not collect personal data for RelayDock functionality, there is no centralized RelayDock personal-data database to breach. You remain responsible for securing your own device, files, and backups. 8) International Use If you use RelayDock outside your home country, you are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to your use. 9) No Warranties and Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND RELAYDOCK-RELATED PRIVACY PRACTICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARNER WEB DEVELOPMENT LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, OR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR YOUR USE OF RELAYDOCK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY LIABILITY RELATING TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY IS LIMITED AS STATED IN THE RELAYDOCK TERMS OF USE. 10) Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting an updated version with a new effective date. Your continued use of RelayDock after updates means you accept the revised Privacy Policy. 11) Contact For privacy-related questions, contact: Warner Web Development LLC https://warnerwebdevelopment.com/contact 12) Disclaimer This Privacy Policy is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
